These Terms of Use cover your use of ProFussball, a free, independent fan project for predicting football matches. By using the site you agree to these terms. This page describes how the service works; it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What ProFussball is

ProFussball is for entertainment. It is a prediction game where you guess match scores and earn points. It is an independent, unofficial project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any football association, any team, or any tournament organizer.

Accounts

You need an account to make predictions. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. You can change your display name and language in account settings, and you can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion does).

Predictions and rooms

• Your predictions are hidden from other players until kickoff of the relevant match.
• Private rooms are separate leagues. Inside a room, your display name is visible to the other members of that room.
• For exactly how points are calculated, see the Game Rules.

Match data and scoring

Official match results come from a third-party data source and may be updated or corrected after a match. When results change, awarded points may be recalculated accordingly.

No prizes

Playing ProFussball is free and there are no prizes unless a prize is separately and explicitly announced.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
• impersonate ProFussball, its operator, or other people;
• use illegal, offensive, or infringing names or content (for example in display names or room names).

We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

No warranty

ProFussball is provided "as is", without warranty. We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match data and scores are complete or correct at all times.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
